Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mileage-tracking platform ("Service") provided by HARP AUDIT ("Provider," "We," "Us"), you ("User," "Employee," or "Supervisor") agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2 Service Description

The Service allows:

• Employees of Legacy NWI ("Client") to submit mileage claims with photographic evidence.
• Supervisors to approve/reject claims, which may impact payroll calculations.
• Legacy NWI to process payments based on approved claims.

3 User Accounts

• Accounts are created by Legacy NWI or the Provider.
• Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
• Users must notify Legacy NWI immediately of unauthorized access.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or duplicate mileage claims.
• Alter, forge, or manipulate photographic evidence.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's code.

5 Intellectual Property

• The Service (including software, design, and content) is owned by HARP AUDIT and protected by copyright laws.
• Legacy NWI and Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Service solely for internal business use.
• Redistribution, modification, or commercial use of the platform is prohibited.

6 Data Privacy

• By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
• Data Collected: Mileage logs, photos, timestamps, IP addresses, and device info.
• Purpose: Processing claims, payroll calculations, and platform improvements.
• Third Parties: Data may be shared with Legacy NWI and its payroll providers.

7 Limitation of Liability

• Provider is not responsible for:
  • Errors in mileage submissions or payroll calculations.
  • Decisions made by Legacy NWI (approvals/rejections).
  • Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).
• Maximum Liability: Limited to fees paid by Legacy NWI in the last 6 months.

8 Termination

• Legacy NWI may deactivate accounts for violations of these ToS or internal policies.
• Provider may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or non-payment by Legacy NWI.

9 Modifications

We may update these ToS with prior notice (via email or in-platform alerts). Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10 Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of United States of AmericaAny disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Indiana Arbitration Court, with hearings in USA, Indiana.
